Shipping & Returns
Quick ship items are shipped within 2-3 days of acknowledgement, if ordered before 2 p.m. EST.
Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. EST to qualify for same day shipping.
Please review our standard shipping offers:
- Flat Rate Shipping: Standard orders under $75.00 Ship for a flat rate of $9.95. Qualifying orders with a total exceeding $75.00 will ship for free.
- Freight (LTL) Shipping offers: Freight (LTL) orders over $2500 ship for free
*Accessories & More Inc. will only ship to the lower U.S. contiguous states. Some restrictions may apply, including but NOT limited to the following: Custom deliveries, deliveries to multiple addresses, special orders, air delivery, mirrors, lockers, toilet partitions, and oversized orders.
Receiving your Delivery
The Buyer, or party receiving the delivery on behalf of the buyer, is solely responsible to inspect the shipment for damages and order accuracy. Please report any discrepancies or damages within 24 hours. If all or part of your shipment is damaged -- DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Please refuse shipment from the carrier and contact Accessories & More Inc. immediately. Damaged/denied shipments must remain with the carrier for further review. If the Buyer chooses to deny the shipment, they must notate damage on the freight bill at time of delivery. If the Buyer accepts a damaged order without notating the damages, the Buyer will also accept responsibility for damage. After, the Buyer has denied the shipment, notated the damage on the freight bill, and contacted Accessories & More Inc., we will then arrange to have a replacement shipment sent out to you at no cost. Title and Loss risk are passed to the Buyer at the time of shipment.
The Buyer may accept a partially damaged delivery. In this case, the buyer is required to leave damaged goods with the carrier to receive a replacement/refund. The buyer must notate partial damage on the freight bill, and contact Accessories & More Inc. immediately for a solution. Title and Loss risk are passed to the Buyer at the time of shipment.
Accessories & More Inc. is not responsible for unloading material upon receipt; and, we will not be held responsible for damages incurred while unloading. The buyer may request a truck equipped with a lift gate to facilitate the unloading process at an additional cost to the buyer. Any additional equipment or manpower necessary to unload material must be provided by the buyer. The Carriers/Drivers are NOT employees of Accessories & More Inc., and they are NOT required to help unload your delivery. If the Buyer chooses to accept the assistance of the driver/carrier delivering the material, then Accessories & More Inc. will not be held responsible for damages incurred while unloading.
Accessories & More Inc. will not guarantee estimated delivery times. Depending on stock availability, orders may ship directly from our manufacturers to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Accessories & More Inc. will NOT be responsible for guarantees for shipping times. We advise the buyer to schedule any and all contract work associated with orders placed with Accessories & More Inc. after delivery. Accessories & More Inc. will NOT be responsible for monetary loss, liquidated damages, or inconveniences resulting from unexpected delays in shipping. Accessories & More Inc. also reserves the right to limit quatities per order, acccount, or even apply restirictions to orders with the same billing address.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Refer to the Receiving Your Delivery section to review our policy for returning damaged deliveries. If you are returning an item after receiving your delivery, then the item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
CUSTOM (FABRICATED) ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE BECAUSE IT IS MADE TO EXACT SPECIFICATIONS FOR EACH ORDER. This includes but not limited to custom sized mirrors, toilet partitions, countertops.
All items that are returned as a result of Buyer error or order cancellation are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. All items that are returned as a result of an error occurring on behalf of Accessories & More Inc. will be fully refunded and there will be no restocking fee for these items. If returning a partial order, in which a portion was sent/ordered by error of Accessories & More Inc., then the Buyer will receive a prorated refund for shipping and handling.
Only items in original, unused condition are eligible for exchange. Exchanged items must have all original contents, including instructions and hardware. The Buyer may exchange eligible items for similar products of equal or lesser value. Exchanging a product for a more expensive item will incur additional cost. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee in this case, but the Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
